The Sandbag Cass operation is officially calling for additional volunteers to assist with filling sandbags to help flood fighting efforts throughout Cass County. The Sandbag Cass operation is located at the Cass County Highway Department at 1201 Main Avenue W. in West Fargo near the Red River Valley Fairgrounds. Sandbag Cass currently has the following opening shifts for volunteers for the remainder of this week:
Tuesday, April 11th:
45 people needed 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
75 people needed 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Wednesday, April 12th:
30 people needed 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
40 people needed 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
100 people needed between 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Thursday, April 13th:
80 people needed 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
45 people needed 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
100 people needed 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Friday, April 14th:
100 people needed 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
90 people needed 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
