Walk-ins are welcome every Monday from 8:30-11:30, Tuesday if Monday is a holiday.  Walk-ins outside of these hours will be seen on a case-by-case/emergency basis, otherwise you will be asked to make an appointment.

Your best option is to request an appointment prior to any visits using the online form below (please do not send personal information such as your Social Security Number).  We will review your request, contact you for an appointment, and advise you on types of documentation to bring to your appointment. Complete the Intake Form and use this Appointment Checklist to help you gather the necessary information for your claim.  Please have all documentation ready for your appointment! We can also point you to the correct office if your issue isn't something handled by Veterans Services. 

We can assist with requesting copies of some federal and state records.
