All Subdivision and Auditor's Lot plats currently recorded in Cass County are available to search, view and download. The plats have been indexed and scanned as PDFs.

• Enter the name of a Subdivision plat in the box to perform a quick search. To search specific fields change the search field name dropdown.
  
  
• The index is very similar to an Excel file; the various columns can be sorted by clicking on the column headers at the top of the list.
  
  
• The index includes the following fields:
  
  
  • Addition Name - The name of the Subdivision\Addition.
  • ID NO - Official recorded document number.
  • Description - The description recorded on the document.  Usually that portion in brackets after the addition name.
  • City - The City the Subdivision is located in.  A blank entry indicates the Subdivision is located in rural Cass County
  • TWP\RNG\SEC - An 8-digit number that describes the Township, Range, Section and Quarter the Subdivision is located in.  The quarters are numbered starting at the NE corner with 1, in a clockwise rotation. Those indicated with a zero exist in more than one quarter section.  For example, 13949021 is located in the NE quarter of Section 2 in Barnes Township.
  • Date - The month, day & year the subdivision plat was recorded.
  • A/D/V - Indicates the type of plat: A= Annexed, V=Vacation, D= Dedication.
