To bid per project is $40 per bid.

To have unlimited bidding on projects on a monthly basis is $50 per month. This is a monthly fee and can be cancelled at any time.  To view and electronically bid click on Bid Express Website (This site is NOT affiliated with NDDOT BidX bidding site)

NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

Sealed bids will be received until 1:00 p.m. on March 21st, 2018 by the Cass County Highway Department at the Highway Department in West Fargo, North Dakota for Mill & HMA Overlay on Highway 6 in Cass County, North Dakota. Bids to be opened electronically immediately following the hour set for receiving bids at the Cass County Highway Department, 1201 Main Ave West, West Fargo, North Dakota.  Major Items of Work Include:

RAP – Superpave FAA 42                  11,929 TON

Milling Pavement                                97,421 SY

Plans and proposals may be viewed at Bidexpress.com free of charge.  Only electronic bids will be accepted for this bid letting. Electronic bids must be completed through Bidexpress.com. North Dakota contractor’s license number must be supplied in the electric bid.  A bidders bond in the amount of 5% of the amount bid, made payable to Cass County shall accompany each bid electronic or paper bid form. Paper bid bonds must be submitted by 1 P.M. to the Cass County Highway Department office the day of the bid letting.  Certified or Cashier’s checks will not be accepted.  No bid will be read or considered which does not comply with the bond requirements.  Contractors may be required to submit information detailing their ability to perform the work specific to this project.  Cass County may determine the prequalification status of each contractor requesting a proposal, and reserves the right to deny bid documents to any contractor based on the County's responsibility determination.  The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities.  All bidders must be qualified to bid under the laws of North Dakota.  By order of the Cass County Board of Commissioners of Cass County, North Dakota.
