To bid per project is $40 per bid.

To have unlimited bidding on projects on a monthly basis is $50 per month. This is a monthly fee and can be cancelled at any time.  To view and electronically bid click on Bid Express Website (This site is NOT affiliated with NDDOT BidX bidding site)

Plans for projects listed below can be viewed by clicking on the Project Number below. Bidding Proposals are accepted only through Bid Express, no paper copies available. Bid Tabulations will be posted as soon as possible after Bid Letting.

NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

Sealed bids will be received until 1:00 p.m. on March 29, 2018 by the Cass County Highway Department at the Highway Department in West Fargo, North Dakota for Box Culvert Replacements in Tower/Hill and Maple River Townships in Cass County, North Dakota. Bids to be opened electronically immediately following the hour set for receiving bids at the Cass County Highway Department, 1201 Main Ave West, West Fargo, North Dakota. Major Items of Work Include:

12’ X 5’ PRECAST RCB                    200 LF

12’ X 11’ PRECAST RCB                 108 LF

FOUNDATION FILL                      1680 CY 

RIPRAP – GRADE II                       190 CY

Plans and proposals may be viewed at Bidexpress.com free of charge. Only electronic bids will be accepted for this bid letting. Electronic bids must be completed through Bidexpress.com. North Dakota contractor’s license number must be supplied in the electronic bid. A bidder’s bond in the amount of 5% of the amount bid, made payable to Cass County shall accompany each bid as electronic or paper bid form.  Paper bid bonds must be submitted by 1 pm to the Cass County Highway Department office the day of the bid letting. Certified or Cashier’s checks will not be accepted. No bid will be read or considered which does not comply with the bond requirements. Contractors may be required to submit information detailing their ability to perform the work specific to this project. Cass County may determine the prequalification status of each contractor requesting a proposal, and reserves the right to deny bid to any contractor based on the County's responsibility determination.  The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities. All bidders must be qualified to bid under the laws of North Dakota.  By order of the Cass County Board of Commissioners of Cass County, North Dakota.
