Cass County meetings are open to the public. Meetings held in the Cass County Commission Room will also be streamed live on the Cass County Government Facebook and YouTube pages and recordings of the meetings will be available upon request. Garrison Diversion Conservancy District’s Executive Committee will meet via
video conference at the date and time indicated above.

A closed Executive Session will be held pursuant to N.D.C.C. § 44-04-11.2 at
12:03 p.m. to discuss the following items with legal counsel:

• Discuss status and negotiations in litigation regarding remaining
owners within RRVWSP Pipeline Segments 6 and 7.
