Cass County meetings are open to the public. Meetings held in the Cass County Commission Room will also be streamed live on the Cass County Government Facebook and YouTube pages and recordings of the meetings will be available upon request. Garrison Diversion Conservancy District’s Executive Committee will meet at the Garrison Diversion Conservancy District, 401 Highway 281 NE, Carrington, ND, at the date and time indicated above.

A closed Executive Session will be held pursuant to N.D.C.C. § 44-04-11.2 at 12:45 p.m. to discuss the following items with legal counsel:
• Contract negotiations between Garrison Diversion and the Bureau of Reclamation
• Missouri River Intake, Screen Structure and Tunnel Contract
