  1. SBA Loan
    1. Should we apply for the SBA Loan?
    2. If approved to apply, we need agreement on the total loan amount.

       

  2. Annual Meeting – Scheduled for April 15
    1. Due to the COVIG-19 virus, should we cancel/postpone the meeting?
    2. If the meeting is cancelled/postponed, the Board needs to agree to meet by conference call on April 15 to approve new nominees for the Board of Directors and to elect President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer.
