Cass County Vector Control has scheduled TRUCK MOUNTED SPRAYING AND AERIAL SPRAYING for elevated mosquito nuisance in the following communities on the day(s) listed, weather permitting:
Monday July 1st 2019 8:15 PM
Rural Cities and Subdivisions - Truck mounted spray
Tuesday July 2nd 2019 8:15 PM
Cities of Fargo, West Fargo, Moorhead -Aerial spray
Please note: a 6 am to 9 am flight is scheduled on 7/2 to inspect for obstructions. No pesticides will be applied at that time.
The active ingredient in the ULV (Ultra Low Volume) spray is permethrin or etofenprox. These insecticides are labeled for use in residential areas and are found to be non-toxic to humans and pets.
