Harwood Area Flood Informational Meeting

  • Introduction: Cass County Government will host three public information meetings to discuss initial flood prevention activities planned for rural neighborhoods.

Cass County Government will host three public information meetings to discuss initial flood prevention activities planned for rural neighborhoods.

 

  • The first meeting will be held Monday, March 25, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Hickson Community Center, Main Street, Hickson for areas south of Cass 14

     

  • The second meeting will be held Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Multi-Purpose Room at Bennett Elementary School, 2000 58th Avenue South, Fargo for areas from I-94 south to Cass 14

     

  • The third meeting will be held Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Harwood Community Center, 210 Freedland Drive, Harwood for areas north of I-94

 

Additional public meetings may be scheduled as more specific flood predictions are developed. 

 

Cass County has also opened a flood hotline for rural residents at 701-241-8000.  This number will initially be answered during business hours and will expand hours as the crest nears.
