Cass County meetings are open to the public. Meetings held in the Cass County Commission Room will also be streamed live on the Cass County Government Facebook and YouTube pages and recordings of the meetings will be available upon request. Previous Commission meeting agendas and minutes are available below. If you cannot find the meeting agenda or minutes that you are looking for, please email pio@casscountynd.gov to request them.

Pvt. Floyd Fuller Commemoration

Cass County Veterans Service Office will honor Pvt. Floyd Fuller in commemoration of the 100th Anniversary of the Great War’s end on October 24th, 2018 at 3:00 pm at Riverside Cemetery, Fargo, ND. 

Pvt. Fuller was inducted into service in Fargo on September 1, 1918. He was a member of the Student Army Training Corps (SATC) at UND. Pvt. Fuller was the 17th victim of the Influenza Pandemic that swept through Grand Forks. A Veterans Medallion will be placed on his headstone to acknowledge the 100th anniversary of his death. Veteran organizations and the general public are invited to attend. The Army National Guard will lead a procession to the gravesite where a brief program will be conducted followed by the attaching of the medallion, playing of Taps, and a volley by the American Legion Post 2 Rifle Team.
