Cass County meetings are open to the public. Meetings held in the Cass County Commission Room will also be streamed live on the Cass County Government Facebook and YouTube pages and recordings of the meetings will be available upon request.   1.  Utility Permit for Cass Rural Water District to install potable pvc pipeline under

       Drain #37 in the NE 1/4 of Section 16 in Davenport Township

   2.  Utility Permit for Midco to install fiber optic cable under the Maple River in

       Section 22 of Maple River Township
