Cass County meetings are open to the public. Meetings held in the Cass County Commission Room will also be streamed live on the Cass County Government Facebook and YouTube pages and recordings of the meetings will be available upon request.   • Introduction: If you are struggling to find employment because of your criminal record or special circumstances the 2nd Chance Career Fair is here to help you!
Job Service North Dakota and Rural Minnesota CEP are hosting a 2nd Chance Career Fair on Thursday, June 7 from 2 to 4 PM. 

The career fair is designed to assist people with barriers to employment, whether it is homelessness, a criminal record, someone on government assistance, or someone that has gaps in their employment.

Employment and livelihood are pillars of human dignity, and gainful employment is critical to the stability of the formerly incarcerated and other individuals facing barriers to the workforce. Employment helps them regain and maintain stability and self-sufficiency. The 2nd Chance Career Fair seeks to provide an opportunity to eliminate some of these challenges by connecting displaced workers to job opportunities.
