Cass County meetings are open to the public. Meetings held in the Cass County Commission Room will also be streamed live on the Cass County Government Facebook and YouTube pages and recordings of the meetings will be available upon request. Warren Township Public Hearing

The Zoning Commission of Warren Township, Cass County, ND will hold a public hearing to discuss an application for a zoning change from Agricultural to 1-1 rural Industrial District or conditional use request by Evergreen ND, LLC doing business as Border States Paving.  This land is located on 145.2 acres on the NE 1/4 Section 32 Township 138 Range 50 or tax parcel #67-0000-12748-010 and 64-0000-12750-000.  Site plan available upon request.

 

Public hearing to be held on Monday, December 11, 2017 at 7:00 pm in the Horace City Hall, 215 Park Drive East, Horace, North Dakota.
