3^rd Annual Sheriff’s Auction (Firearms)

The Cass County Sheriff’s Office will host its’ 3^rd Annual Sheriff’s (Firearm) Auction on August 11^th at 10:00 AM at the Cass County Law Enforcement Center; 1612 23^rd Ave North.  The doors will open at 9:00 AM for viewing of the items up for auction the day of the sale. This is a “cash only” sale and the items are sold “as is.”  In order to purchase a firearm, you must be a North Dakota resident with valid identification and will be subject to a back ground investigation.  You must be 18 years of age to purchase a long gun and 21 years of age to purchase a pistol.

5. Sporting Goods

8. Other seized/found/forfeited property

The sale is mandated under state law (N.D.C.C. 62.1-01-02) and publication of the sale will be listed in the;

1. Fargo Forum’s legal section; advertisement dates will be July 31^st and August 7^th
2. Farmers Forum; advertisement dates will be July 28^th and August 7^th
